Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 7 May 2026.

These terms apply to all bookings made and services delivered by HADIA BEAUTY PTY LTD (ABN 47 687 035 972), trading as Hadia Beauty, from 73 Walker Street, Dandenong VIC 3175 (referred to as Hadia Beauty, we, us or our).

1. About these terms

These terms form the agreement between you (the client) and HADIA BEAUTY PTY LTD whenever you book or receive a service from us, purchase a product, redeem a gift card or use the website hadiabeauty.com.au.

By booking an appointment in person, by telephone or online, by purchasing a gift card, or by buying a product from us, you accept these terms.

If you do not accept these terms, please do not book or purchase from us.

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version always lives at hadiabeauty.com.au/terms. The version in force when you book is the version that applies to that booking.

2. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement service or a refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have services repeated if the services fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

If you believe a service has not met a consumer guarantee, please contact us within 7 days so we can assess and put it right.

3. Bookings and confirmation

Appointments can be booked online at hadiabeauty.australiapos.com.au, by phone on +61 451 009 747, or by walking in during opening hours.

When booking online or by phone you must provide accurate contact details (full name, phone, email). We use these details to confirm your appointment, send reminders, and contact you if your booking needs to be rescheduled.

A booking is only confirmed once you receive a written confirmation from us (email or SMS).

Walk-in appointments are subject to a chair being free. We will tell you any expected wait at the door and you may choose to wait or rebook.

4. Deposits

We require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking for the following services:

All bridal services (trial, wedding day, group bookings): 25 percent of the total service price, minimum $100.

Eyebrow microblading and brow tattoo removal: $100 deposit.

Multi-session laser hair removal packages: 25 percent of the package price.

Any single service over $200: 25 percent of the service price.

Deposits are fully redeemable against the final service price on the day of your appointment.

If you cancel or reschedule with more than 48 hours notice, your deposit can be transferred once to a rebooked appointment within 90 days.

If you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours notice, fail to attend, or arrive more than 20 minutes late and we cannot honour the appointment, the deposit is forfeited.

Forfeit of a deposit does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (clause 2).

5. Cancellations and rescheduling

Bookings without a deposit (services under $200, regular appointments): we ask for at least 24 hours notice for any cancellation or rescheduling. Cancellations within 24 hours, or no-shows, may incur a cancellation fee of 50 percent of the booked service price.

Bookings with a deposit (clause 4): cancellation or reschedule rules in clause 4 apply.

Repeat no-shows (two or more in a 12-month period) may result in us requiring a full pre-payment for any future booking, or declining to book future appointments.

We will send a reminder by SMS or email 24 to 48 hours before your appointment as a courtesy. Failure to receive a reminder does not change your obligation to attend or to give notice.

6. Late arrivals

If you arrive late, your appointment may need to be shortened so we do not delay the next client. The full booked service price is still payable.

If you arrive more than 20 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled at our discretion and the cancellation rules above (clause 4 or 5) will apply.

If we are running late (unexpected delay with the client before you), we will advise you as soon as possible. You may choose to wait, reschedule with no penalty, or, where the delay materially affects the service, request a partial refund.

7. Pricing

Prices are published on hadiabeauty.com.au and in our online booking system at hadiabeauty.australiapos.com.au. All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.

Some prices are shown as ‘from’ prices (such as hair colouring, waxing, laser). The final price depends on factors such as hair length, hair density, treatment area, time required, the quantity of product used, and any add-ons agreed on the day. We will confirm the final price with you at the consultation, before starting any treatment. You may decline to proceed at this point with no charge.

We reserve the right to update our prices at any time. The price that applies to your booking is the price published on our website on the day you booked, unless you are notified of a change before your appointment and you confirm the booking at the new price.

8. Consultations, suitability and patch testing

Some services require a free consultation before we will book or perform them, including (but not limited to): laser hair removal, eyebrow microblading, brow tattoo removal, hair colour corrections, keratin treatments, and any chemical-based facial treatment.

A patch test (a small test application 24 to 48 hours before the service) is required for hair colour, eyelash extensions, brow tints, henna brows, and any other service where allergic reaction is a known risk. Patch tests are free.

If we identify during a consultation or patch test that a service is not suitable for your skin, hair or health profile, we will not perform the service. Your safety comes first.

It is your responsibility to disclose any relevant medical conditions, allergies, medications, recent procedures (including injectables, retinol use, recent waxing), pregnancy, or other factors that may affect treatment outcome or safety. We rely on this disclosure when assessing suitability.

9. Refunds and remedies

We are committed to your satisfaction with every service. If something is not right, we want to hear about it.

Service results: if you are unhappy with the result of a service, please contact us within 7 days. We will assess the work and, where reasonable and possible, offer a complimentary correction or adjustment at no charge.

Major failure: where a service has a major failure (as defined in the Australian Consumer Law), you may choose between a replacement service or a refund. We will work with you in good faith to resolve any major failure.

Change of mind: we do not offer refunds for change of mind on services that have already been performed.

Retail products: unopened, unused retail products may be returned within 14 days of purchase with proof of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless they are faulty.

Gift cards: see clause 10.

10. Gift cards and gift vouchers

Gift cards are issued by HADIA BEAUTY PTY LTD and are subject to Australian gift card law (the Australian Consumer Law and the Australian Consumer Affairs Victoria gift card rules).

Validity: gift cards are valid for a minimum of 3 years from the date of purchase, in line with national gift card laws.
Redemption: gift cards may be used towards any service or retail product at hadiabeauty.com.au listed prices. Multiple gift cards may be combined for a single booking.

Cash redemption: gift cards are not redeemable for cash, except where required by law (such as a small unspent residual balance under any applicable threshold).

Lost or stolen: please treat gift cards like cash. Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced unless you can provide proof of purchase and the original card has not yet been redeemed.

Refunds: gift cards purchased online may be refunded within 14 days of purchase if they have not been used. Gift cards purchased in-store are non-refundable except as required by law.

Booking a service with a gift card: cancellation and deposit rules (clauses 4 and 5) apply. If you forfeit a deposit on a gift-card-funded booking, the equivalent value is deducted from the gift card balance.

11. Photography, social media and consent

We may photograph or video our work (close-ups of nails, brows, lashes, hair, makeup, and before-and-after results) for our portfolio, social media (Instagram @hadiabeauty, TikTok, Facebook), website and marketing.

We will always ask for your verbal or written consent before any image that includes your face is shared publicly. You may decline. You may also withdraw consent at any time by emailing sales@hadiabeauty.com.au, in which case we will remove the image from any platform we control as soon as reasonably practicable.

We do not require consent to photograph close-ups of your nails, hair length, brows or lashes that do not identify you. These images may be used for portfolio purposes.

12. Conduct in the salon

We expect all clients and staff to be treated with respect.

Aggressive, abusive, threatening, intoxicated or discriminatory behaviour will result in the immediate termination of your appointment without refund and a permanent ban from the salon.

Hadia Beauty Pty Ltd reserves the right to refuse or cancel service at any time, including where we believe the service may not be safe to perform, or where conduct rules have been breached.

13. Children, minors and parental consent

For safety reasons and the comfort of all clients, please do not bring children under the age of 6 to the salon unless they are receiving a service.

Children and minors under 18 receiving any service must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian present in the salon.

Written parental consent is required for ear piercings, body piercings, microblading, lash extensions and any service involving needles, on any minor under 18.

We reserve the right to decline any service on a minor where we judge it is not appropriate.

14. Health and safety

Hygiene: every implement, brush, cape, towel and surface is sanitised between every client. Single-use items are used where required (lash brushes, mascara wands, lip applicators, waxing spatulas).

Allergic reactions: in the rare event of an allergic reaction during or after a service, please contact us immediately and seek medical advice if symptoms are serious.

Pregnancy: certain services (laser hair removal, some chemical treatments, certain essential oils) are not recommended during pregnancy. Please disclose pregnancy at booking.

Skin conditions: please disclose active eczema, psoriasis, dermatitis, herpes simplex outbreak, recent sunburn, recent injectables (within 14 days), recent retinol use (within 7 days for laser), or any open wound in the treatment area at booking.

15. Liability

We deliver our services with reasonable skill and care.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any breach of these terms or any service we provide is limited, at our option, to: re-supplying the service, paying the cost of having the service re-supplied, or refunding the price you paid for the service.

Nothing in this clause limits any rights or remedies you have under the Australian Consumer Law (clause 2) or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

16. Intellectual property

All content on hadiabeauty.com.au (logos, trademarks, branding, copy, photography, video, design) is owned by HADIA BEAUTY PTY LTD or used with permission. You may not reproduce, copy, redistribute or use this content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

Reposting our public Instagram, TikTok or Facebook content with credit (@hadiabeauty) is welcome and encouraged.

17. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in line with our Privacy Policy at hadiabeauty.com.au/privacy and the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and Australian Privacy Principles.

By booking an appointment with us you accept our Privacy Policy.

18. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms and any dispute about them are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.

You and we submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.

19. Severability

If any part of these terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that part will be removed and the rest of the terms will continue in force unaffected.
